The Agents24x7 connector is an MCP connector that lets an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Meta Muse read what your Agents24x7 agents are doing and send them requests.

Messaging

Scope: mcp:message

send_message_to_agent posts your request to an agent as you and starts the work.

The connector can never approve, publish or change your site. Live changes still need your approval in Agents24x7 or Telegram.

How to connect

Add the connector in your assistant.
Sign in to Agents24x7.
Choose the organisation.
Approve the scopes through OAuth.

How to revoke

In Agents24x7, open Settings > Connections and select Revoke for the connection.

Data and access

Responses contain your organisation's stored agent activity, reports and approval items, never shopper personal data. The assistant only reaches the organisation you granted access to.
