Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront for the year. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Your paid plan and access continue until the end of the period you paid for.

For Shopify-billed subscriptions, uninstalling the app or selecting another plan ends the existing plan according to Shopify's billing lifecycle.

Payments

Payments are not refundable. Yearly subscriptions are not refunded pro rata. This policy does not prevent us from reviewing a payment issue such as a duplicate charge or a service failure on our side.
